Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer for our AI vision platform. This fully remote role supports LATAM-based customers and requires working US East Coast hours.

You will troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, networking, and infrastructure, reproduce customer environments, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production environments.
• Certifications: Kubernetes or cloud certs (CKA/CKAD/CKS, AWS, Azure).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience supporting enterprise software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments, software, infrastructure, networking, and configuration issues.
• Reproduce customer environments and run tests to diagnose problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Escalate issues and drive them to resolution with Engineering.
• Clearly communicate findings and resolutions to customers.
