Virtustant is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who thrives on building systems, not just planning. You’ll work with the two founders, helping connect AI tooling, automate tasks, and run campaigns across email, SMS, and retention programs.

Formación

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that's in use.
• 3+ years in marketing as a hands-on contributor or generalist.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or ability to direct AI to write it.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs and automations.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, craft emails, track results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to increase efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
