Virtustant is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on growth in a founder-led, regulated DTC consumer brand. The role blends building AI-powered automations with running multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and partnerships, in a privacy-forward environment.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to scale channel mix and retention. Based in Austin, TX, or remote with 9-5 CT overlap, you will shape the growth engine, design experiments, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or a similar AI coding tool) to build something real that's in use today
• 3+ years in marketing
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself using a tool like Apollo
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing

Responsabilités

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track what works
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, win-back and pause offers, referral programs, and search/content
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand's look and feel
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anything off
