Job summary

Virtustant seeks a Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand. Based in Austin, TX or remote with 9-5 CT overlap, you will build non-paid growth channels—email, SMS, retention, referrals, partnerships—using AI tools and Claude Code to connect systems.

You will run outreach to retailers, support the field team, and own marketing campaigns with AI-driven visuals. Collaboration with two founders offers ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude Code work used to build real tooling and automation.
• 3+ years of marketing experience with data-driven mindset.
• Experience running cold email outreach and sequence tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data, and SQL basics.
• Basic scripting in Python/JavaScript to support automation.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs; writing clear, concise copy.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referrals, and search/content strategies.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to save time.
• Track results from orders and subscriptions and flag anomalies.
