Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive growth for a regulated DTC consumer brand. You’ll combine AI tooling with hands-on outreach, email/SMS retention, and partnerships to build channels from scratch. The role emphasizes automation, data-driven decisions, and close collaboration with the founders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing, experience with cold outreach, API-driven work, and a strong writing style. Remote with CT overlap is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on data and tooling
• Experience running cold email outreach with a sequencing tool
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript; API integration familiarity
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs
• Clear, simple writing and a strong marketing eye

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, write emails, track results
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, keeping brand look and feel
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies
