Qualifications

• HHands-on experience using Claude Code or a similar AI coding tool in production.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript or directing AI to write it.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• Strong marketing eye and clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention (win-back/ pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools within the brand look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to avoid hand work.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
