Job summary

Virtustant is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own and scale a hands-on growth engine for a regulated DTC brand. You will build and wire channels across email, SMS, retention and referral, plus partnerships, field outreach, and content.

Expect direct collaboration with two founders and ownership over the growth stack. You will use Claude Code and AI tools to automate tasks, clean lists, and run campaigns with sales and partnerships teams, driving measurable expansion while staying within brand

Qualifications

• Hands-on use of Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) to build something in production.
• 3+ years in marketing with data/tools focus.
• Experience running cold email outreach with tools like Apollo.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or ability to direct AI to write it.
• Familiarity connecting tools via APIs.
• Clear, simple writing and good marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track performance.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email, SMS, retention (win-back/ pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI, fitting the brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce manual work.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
