Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on growth across email, SMS, retention, and partnerships. The role emphasizes building out systems with Claude Code and AI tooling while collaborating with two founders in a startup environment.

The position offers ownership over growth strategy, the chance to shape the company's AI/automation setup, and remote work with CT overlap. Compensation is based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tool to build something real.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and sequencing tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with connecting tools via APIs.
• Clear, concise writing with a marketing eye.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track outcomes.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals using AI tools within brand guidelines.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
