Job summary

This marketing coordinator role is a hands-on generalist position for a founder-led consumer brand. You will wire together channels like email, SMS, retention, and referrals while building AI-driven automation and integrations. You’ll partner with the founders to execute growth tactics in a regulated DTC context.

Based in Austin, TX or remote with CT overlap, you’ll own outreach to retailers, field support, and data-driven campaigns, shaping a scalable growth engine from day one.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tool in production.
• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on data tooling and automation.
• Experience running cold email outreach with tools like Apollo and sequencing.
• Comfort with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails.
• Own email, SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals using AI, matching the brand look.
• Automate recurring manual tasks and connect systems via APIs.
• Monitor metrics from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
