Job summary

Virtustant seeks a Marketing Coordinator to build and scale growth for a regulated DTC brand. You will wire channels like email, SMS, search, and partnerships, using AI to connect systems and automate repetitive work.

You will own outreach to retailers, support the field team, and drive retention and referral programs while collaborating with the founders. Remote with CT overlap, ownership and visible impact are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that's still in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing or related roles.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself with tools like Apollo.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or ability to direct AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding contacts, writing emails, tracking results.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand's look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody does them by hand.
• Track results from order and subscription data, flag anomalies.
