Job summary

Swell seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Austin, TX, or remote with 9-5 CT overlap, to own growth channels for a regulated DTC brand. You’ll build scalable processes across search, email, SMS, retention, and partnerships within strict guidelines.

You’ll work directly with the two founders, using AI tools to automate tasks, connect systems, and run campaigns that are measurable and impactful.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude Code experience on real projects.
• 3+ years in marketing.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing.

Responsibilities

• Build outreach to retailers and partners and write emails.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools in line with brand.
• Automate recurring manual tasks.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
