Zusammenfassung

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to drive high-quality talent outcomes and scalable HR solutions.

Based in LATAM with remote options, you will shape process design, adoption, and metrics, developing training materials and playbooks to ensure consistent execution across regions.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR Operations or related.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPI reporting, and issue tracking.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data/privacy teams to enable process design and reporting.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
