Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, ensuring standardized work, governance, and compliant execution. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize process design and data quality across regions.

Your role focuses on lifecycle management for major HR domains, with responsibility for governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through automation and analytics. This position is remote-friendly and LATAM-based.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Demonstrated accountability for end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, service outcomes, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes, which may include Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, and Benefits Annual Enrollment processes.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, intake and prioritization routines, approval pathways, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
