Hyre is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to support a thriving home services business. This 100% remote, full-time role focuses on customer inquiries and efficient dispatch of field technicians, with a strict 2-minute SLA for responses and weekend shifts as needed.

You will manage service requests, maintain accurate records, and communicate proactively with clients about status and delays, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and reliable service delivery.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or dispatching in service-oriented industries.
• Hands-on with ServiceTitan and scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication for US clients.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office setup and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries with fast response times.
• Dispatch service technicians and optimize schedules and routes.
• Log service requests and update customer records in real-time.
