Mendoza Traveling with Mich is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will help customers with questions, reservations, and general support, delivering a positive experience.

In this full-time remote role, you will respond across phone, email, and chat, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and escalate complex issues when needed while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations and general questions.
• Resolve issues professionally and follow up to ensure needs are met.
• Maintain customer records accurately in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
• Meet customer service, quality and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and comply with policies.
