Job summary

Bairesdev is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions, reservations, and general inquiries while upholding a helpful, solution-oriented attitude.

You will work from Mendoza or remotely, coordinating with the Customer Experience department and reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or admin is preferred;

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or admin preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in difficult situations.

• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
