atomic HR is a recruiting startup enabling talented people across Latin America to land remote roles with US/Canada startups and marketing agencies. The role focuses on generating leads by researching roles, crafting outreach, and promoting opportunities to the right candidates—no recruiting background required, with mentorship and AI tools to scale from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes while preserving a personal touch.
• Track outcomes and adjust strategies based on data.
