Job summary

atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup serving LATAM and US/Canada markets. We are hiring a Talent Lead Generation Specialist, Entry Level, to search for candidates, craft outreach messages, and promote roles across marketing and creative functions.

You’ll build a scalable sourcing process, learn on the job, and grow with mentoring while using a modern stack and AI tools. You’ll work part-time (20–30 hours/week) with weekly USD contractor payment, and collaborate with a small, remote team

Qualifications

Curiosity and a real drive to learn, since every role is a new puzzle.
Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
Resourcefulness: figure out new tools without waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
Write and personalize outreach, and test subject lines to lift replies.
Post and promote roles so the right people see them and apply.
Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up to keep it warm.
Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volumes while maintaining a personal touch.
Track what works and adjust strategies based on data.
