atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping Latin America talent land remote roles with US/Canada startups. We offer a fully remote LATAM role as Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level), part-time 20–30 hours/week, paid weekly in USD as a contractor.

You’ll research roles, craft outreach, post opportunities, review applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side with AI tools to scale.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with the ability to write to strangers naturally.
• Curiosity and drive to learn as you tackle new puzzles.
• Organized with strong follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with outreach and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test lines to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep pipelines organized and follow up to avoid cold candidates.
• Use AI/tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
