The Talent Lead Generation Specialist supports the talent side, sourcing creative, marketing, and data roles, and crafts outreach to elicit replies from potential candidates.

No prior recruiting experience is required, with mentorship and AI tools available. You’ll learn to identify audiences, write compelling messages, post roles, and maintain an organized pipeline,

Qualifications

• Strong written English; write to strangers as a human, not a template.
• Resourcefulness; adapt to new tools without scripts.
• Organization to keep pipelines clean and actionable.
• Self-motivation and chasing measurable outcomes.

• Provide a concrete example of using a tool, tactic, or automation to hit a goal.

Responsabilités

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and ensure follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
