You'll be mentored as you learn the talent side, with access to sourcing platforms and AI tools to scale outreach while preserving a personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and search channels.
• Write and customize outreach messages, test subject lines and openers.
• Post roles to maximize visibility and candidate applications.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to scale while preserving a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
