You'll source for marketing and creative roles, craft personalized outreach, post roles, and manage a busy pipeline with AI-assisted tools. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored as you develop the talent side.

Qualifications

• No recruiting experience required; mentorship provided.
• Strong written English and human-like outreach.
• Ability to research roles and audiences for outreach.
• Familiarity with basic metrics and testing messaging.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them and apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to scale outreach while maintaining personal touch.
• Track results and adapt approach based on data.
