atomic HR is seeking an Entry Level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and reach potential candidates across Latin America for US startups and agencies. You’ll write personalized outreach, post roles, and nurture a growing pipeline with the support of AI tools.

This remote, part-time role offers growth and hands-on mentoring while you learn the talent side. No recruiting experience is required as you’ll be mentored and equipped with dedicated sourcing platforms to scale outreach.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning for each role.
• Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human.
• Resourcefulness when handed a new tool without a script.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach and test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage high volume with personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
