Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment represents a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit internationally across functions with a focus on tech. The role will be the third TA specialist, collaborating closely with the CEO and leaders to shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote. Employment type: B2B contract. Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
Fluent English with strong communication skills
Ownership mindset and ability to balance execution and strategy

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process
Screen candidates and track applications using templates and systems
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
Prepare and send offer letters in line with policies
Ensure hiring processes meet guidelines and regulatory requirements
Support HR and talent acquisition needs and related reporting
