David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire internationally across all functions, with emphasis on tech roles. You will be the third specialist, collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership to scale beyond 100 employees.

The role is remote, Europe-based, with a B2B contract and competitive remuneration depending on experience. You will help shape talent strategy and build a world-class recruitment function.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment experience
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Human, feedback-oriented, high-trust collaborator

Responsabilidades

• Map and engage top global tech talent, including passive candidates
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack using niche channels
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality
• Contribute to employer branding to position the company as a top AI destination
