Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will recruit globally across functions with a strong tech focus, shaping recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

This is a fully remote, Europe-based B2B contract role reporting to the CEO and business leaders. You will map top talent, build relationships with passive candidates, and lead the interview process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ownership mindset and high-trust environment
• Comfort with AI-driven recruitment approaches

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
