Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI tech company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be the third TA specialist, hiring internationally across all functions with emphasis on tech, while helping shape recruitment as the team grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote. Employment type: B2B contract. Remuneration is competitive and experience-based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools; advantage for AI recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top global tech talent, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent to anticipate hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close; conduct structured interviews.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content for AI talent.
