Qualificações

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with a doer attitude; comfortable with remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and niche sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract AI talent.
