Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fast-growing AI technology company with 50M+ users. You will recruit internationally across functions, focusing on tech, and help shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote. Employment type: B2B contract. You will engage top talent, implement AI-driven sourcing, manage the candidate journey, and contribute to employer branding while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents and niche communities.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
