Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will recruit internationally with a tech focus and help shape hiring as the team scales beyond 100 employees.

This fully remote, B2B contractor role requires owning the candidate journey, building passive-talent pipelines, and collaborating with the CEO to implement an AI-first recruitment stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience with a track record from major tech hubs
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional channels to source talent.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Contribute to employer branding and content for AI talent attraction
