Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to balance execution with strategy
• Comfort hiring for products built on AI and NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top global tech talent, including passive candidates
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack with AI agents and niche communities
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and culture
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality
• Contribute to employer branding and positioning for AI talent
