Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The role is global, remote, and strategic, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with leaders to hire across functions, with emphasis on tech.

You will own the end-to-end candidate journey, build AI-enabled sourcing, and help shape recruitment as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience, with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and a doer mindset
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in a high-trust environment
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents, niche technical communities and unconventional channels
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies that keep the quality bar high
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content that position the company as a leading destination for AI talent
