David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will recruit internationally across functions, with a tech focus, engaging with executives to scale beyond 100 employees.

The role is fully remote (Europe) on a B2B contract and involves building an AI-driven recruitment stack, selling the company as an employer of choice, and owning the end-to-end candidate journey from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Global sourcing with track record from major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ownership, feedback-oriented, and high-trust collaboration
• Willingness to hire for products built on AI models including NSFW content

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent across global tech hubs
• Implement AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing channels
• Build relationships with passive candidates to anticipate hiring needs
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and cultural fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies
• Contribute to employer branding and talent initiatives
