• 2–4 years of experience in support, implementation, or technical account roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and learn new tools quickly.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building trust.

Responsabilidades

• Provide live chat, email, and Slack support.

• Troubleshoot platform issues using various tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX teams.
• Manage support inbox and build documentation.
