Job summary

Tangible is seeking a smart, AI-native Support Engineer to bridge clients and the engineering team for a fintech SaaS platform. This fully remote role is based in Argentina and operates within US business hours to support clients across time zones.

You will handle client emails in professional English, log issues in Jira, diagnose problems, and escalate when needed. AI tools should be used to improve clarity, efficiency, and documentation, while maintaining high-quality support.

Qualifications

Excellent written English for professional client communication.
Comfortable working in US timezone.
Experience with Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
Ability to distinguish between bugs, configuration errors, and data issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to client emails in clear, professional English.
Log bugs, change requests, and clarifications in Jira.
Develop strong contextual awareness of platform workflows and data flows.
Identify whether an issue is user error, configuration issue, data problem, or system defect.
Execute basic corrective actions when possible (data validation, configuration checks).
Escalate structured, well-documented tickets to the development team.
Raise change requests based on recurring client feedback.
Detect potential bugs, inconsistencies, or edge cases from client reports.
Use AI tools responsibly to enhance communication clarity, documentation quality, and issue analysis.
