Scribe is seeking a customer support professional to own the end-to-end support experience. You will resolve issues, build product expertise, and escalate problems with context to engineering and product teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in a customer support role, native English proficiency, and comfort with fast-changing products. This is a remote position based in Argentina with flexible PTO and home office stipend.

Formación

• Native English speaker with clear and precise writing and speaking.
• 2–3 years in a customer support role with real ticket volume.
• Experiences with Zendesk, Notion, Stripe or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer issues across channels with speed and accuracy.
• Develop product expertise to answer complex questions independently.
• Escalate issues with proper context to relevant teams.
