Mercor is seeking a remote Talent Success Support specialist to help users navigate our platform, from applying to interviews and offers. You will work with engineering to triage issues and improve the end-to-end user experience.

Role requires strong written English, a proactive, friendly tone, and availability for Pacific Time overlap. This is a remote, full-time position open to Latin America residents only, with the potential for growth within the Talent Success team.

Formación

• Degree in CS/SE or related technical field.
• Experience debugging modern web applications.
• Familiarity with AI systems and APIs.
• Experience supporting customers on web apps is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end and reproduce bugs.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry and logs.
• Triage issues and provide guidance or configuration fixes.
• Create runbooks to reduce repeat problems and speed resolution.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
