Zusammenfassung

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, owning standards, governance, and improvements across regions. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize talent outcomes, with a remote-friendly, LATAM-based setup.

You will collaborate on Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, and Benefits Enrollment while building scalable processes and training materials for a global workforce.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience in end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, or compliance reporting.
• Professional fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Translate global process design and policy into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met.
• Establish process governance including decision rights, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams for scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for cross-region execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
