Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the global HR process lifecycle, including standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes and drive high-quality talent outcomes.

The role is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team and will be remote in LATAM. You’ll own lifecycle execution for processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience collaborating across centers of excellence and regional teams.
• Experience with HRIS and performance/data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes.
• Own governance, policy, and documentation for HR processes.
• Partner with IT, Legal, Data Privacy, and regional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and VOC.
• Develop training materials and standard work.
• Manage vendor relationships and service expectations.
• Support change management and cycle launches.
