Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Centers of Excellence and IT to optimize HR processes for scale and quality.

This LATAM-based role will be remote, collaborating with global HR teams to ensure compliant, scalable processes that enhance associate and leader experiences.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR Operations or transformation.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global/matrix environments.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems and senior stakeholder reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes, including governance and standards.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks.
• Produce KPIs, dashboards, and adoption metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Lead vendor management and change-management activities; drive continuous improvement.
