Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client accounting for a portfolio of growing technology, SaaS, fintech and Web3 clients. You will oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting while partnering with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals.

This 100% English, remote role requires Big Four experience, a CPA track, and the ability to guide junior accountants, manage priorities, and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring other accountants.
• You must be comfortable working with clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals.
• English proficiency and overlap with Eastern Time is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts with accurate, timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead and oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to provide accounting guidance.
