Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of accounting experience in client-facing environments.
• Big Four experience is preferred for this role.
• Proven ability to own full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Meet deadlines, manage priorities, and communicate proactively when attention is needed.
• Support year-end compilations, audits, reviews and tax-related work.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls.
• Coach junior team members and take ownership of complex issues.
• Support advisory and finance projects as they arise.
