Job summary

Convoy Finance is a remote-friendly accounting firm serving technology, SaaS, fintech and Web3 clients globally. The Accounting Manager will oversee multiple growing companies, partnering with founders and CFOs to ensure accurate financial reporting and proactive business insights.

You will lead a hands-on team, drive month-end close, and identify process improvements while communicating effectively with international clients and senior finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Big Four experience required; high standards of quality and demanding client environments.
• Experience owning full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting; client-facing background.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts with accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead and oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close tasks including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
