Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Big Four experience and exposure to high standards in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of client accounts and ensure accurate, timely delivery of accounting and reporting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR and financial statement prep.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to address questions and provide guidance.
• Coach junior accounting team members and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
