Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to take ownership of client accounting for a portfolio of growing technology, SaaS, fintech and Web3 companies, with clients based internationally.

You will oversee full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting, working 100% in English with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a remote environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close.
• Big Four experience is preferred and valued in this client-facing advisory environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of accounting and reporting.
• Lead and oversee full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR and financial statement preparation.
• Review accounting work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions and provide accounting guidance.
• Manage client deadlines and communicate proactively when attention is needed.
• Support year‑end compilations, audits, reviews and tax‑related work.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls.
• Coach and support junior accounting staff.
