Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting for a portfolio of growing tech companies, working remotely from Argentina. You'll ensure accuracy, meet deadlines and guide junior staff.

You will collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals, perform month-end close, and provide insights beyond the numbers to improve client processes. This role is 100% English, requires Big Four background and CPA, and offers exposure to advisory and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Big Four background and client-facing, audit or advisory experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep or CaseWare; strong English communications.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely delivery of accounting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations.
• Review work for quality and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analyses.
• Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals.
