Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting for a portfolio of growing companies. You will own the end-to-end process, work with international clients, and guide a team to deliver accurate financial reporting.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical skills, client-facing experience and the ability to communicate insights to founders and senior finance professionals. Remote work from Argentina is supported, with overlap in ET hours when needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in client-facing or advisory settings.
• Big Four experience is required for this role.

Mansioni

• Own portfolio of client accounts and ensure timely accounting work.
• Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close, including reconciliations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Work with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals.
• Guide junior team members and manage competing priorities.
• Support advisory and finance projects as they arise.
