Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead client accounting for a portfolio of growing technology and SaaS clients. This hands-on leadership role requires ownership of full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting, while mentoring junior staff and advising clients on financial processes.

You will engage directly with founders and senior finance leaders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; 5+ years in accounting
Significant experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting
Big Four experience required; exposure to high standards and demanding clients
Strong English communication; 100% English role with clients
Partial overlap with Eastern Time; 9am–6pm ET is a plus
CPA designation or active pursuit is a plus

Mansioni

Own portfolio of client accounts with accurate and timely accounting and reporting
Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close including reconciliations and journal entries
Review work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analyses
Collaborate with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to answer questions
Coach junior accounting staff and guide the team on complex issues
Support advisory and finance projects as they arise
Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted accounting partner
