Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager who can take ownership, think beyond the books, and be a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll oversee accounting work across a portfolio of growing companies and collaborate with international clients, founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience including full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close.
• Big Four experience is required; exposure to high standards and complex client environments.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and ensure accurate, timely accounting and reporting.
• Lead and oversee full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review accounting work for quality, accuracy and consistency across client deliverables.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Work directly with founders, CFOs and senior finance professionals to provide guidance.
• Manage deadlines and priorities, communicating proactively when attention is needed.
• Support year‑end compilations, audits, reviews and tax work.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and controls.
• Coach and mentor junior accounting team members; handle complex accounting issues.
