Job summary

Convoy Finance is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting work for growth-stage clients, including international engagements. You will drive accuracy, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience including client-facing work.
Big Four experience required, high standards and demanding environments.
Own full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
Strong English communication, able to explain numbers clearly; role is 100% in English.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts with timely accounting and reporting.
Lead full-cycle accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial statements.
Review work for quality, accuracy, and consistency across client deliverables.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Work directly with founders, CFOs and senior finance teams to provide guidance.
Meet deadlines, manage priorities, and proactively communicate needs.
